V Bratislave 20. novembra 2020 – Dnešný deň, dvadsiaty november, je pre Danku Bačovú výnimočný. Presne v tento deň pred 25 rokmi sa na Slovensku uskutočnila prvá transplantácia kostnej drene. ,,Dostali sme nesmiernu dôveru a nemohli sme sklamať. Za prvú pacientku sme aj dýchali…,“ spomína si MUDr. Júlia Horáková, PhD., primárka Transplantačnej jednotky kostnej drene, ktorá je súčasťou Kliniky detskej hematológie a onkológie LF UK a NÚDCH.
