V Bratislave 25. februára 2021 – Rozbehnutá spolupráca transplantačných centier Národného ústavu detských chorôb a UNB má ďalšie úspešné pokračovanie. V Obličku od živého darcu dostalo ďalšie dieťa. „Ďakujem lekárom, sestrám a celému tímu za nasadenie a záchranu životov detí. Ako minister zdravotníctva si ich nasadenie úprimne vážim a ďakujem. Transplantácie orgánov dávajú šancu ťažko chorým, aby mohli ďalej žiť. Verím, že aj napriek obmedzeniam, ktoré ťažké obdobie v boji s pandémiou prinieslo, zachránime aj tento rok životy práve aj vďaka živým darcom, ako tomu je v prípade transplantácie obličky,“ povedal minister zdravotníctva SR Marek Krajčí.
