Naj\u010dastej\u0161ie s\u00fa to ruky, ktor\u00e9 m\u00f4\u017eu by\u0165 zdrojom r\u00f4znych patog\u00e9nov, ale aj konzum\u00e1cia neumyt\u00e9ho ovocia priamo z\u00a0kr\u00edka v\u00a0z\u00e1hrade m\u00f4\u017ee sp\u00f4sobi\u0165 v\u00e1\u017ene zdravotn\u00e9 probl\u00e9my. <\/strong><\/p>\n ,,V na\u0161ej nemocnici pravidelne upozor\u0148ujeme na potrebu hygieny r\u00fak, ktor\u00fa pova\u017eujeme za d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00fd prevent\u00edvny n\u00e1stroj na ochranu zdravia. Mnoh\u00e9 parazity v\u0161ak m\u00f4\u017eu na \u010dloveka \u010d\u00edha\u0165 nielen na ruk\u00e1ch, ale aj neumytom ovoc\u00ed,\u00a0 ak\u00fdmi s\u00fa napr\u00edklad \u010du\u010doriedky, jahody, maliny alebo r\u00edbezle konzumovan\u00e9 priamo z\u00a0kr\u00edka. Pren\u00e1\u0161aj\u00fa ich lesn\u00e9 zvierat\u00e1, napr\u00edklad l\u00ed\u0161ka. Pozor treba da\u0165 aj na bl\u00edzky kontakt s dom\u00e1cimi mil\u00e1\u010dikmi \u2013 psom, ma\u010dkou a\u00a0in\u00fdmi, na ktor\u00fdch srsti sa m\u00f4\u017eu nach\u00e1dza\u0165 infikovan\u00e9 vaj\u00ed\u010dka,\u201c <\/em>povedal MUDr. Peter Barto\u0148,<\/strong> riadite\u013e N\u00daDCH.<\/p>\n \u010eal\u0161ie riziko predstavuje kontaminovan\u00e1 voda, zle umyt\u00e1 alebo v\u00f4bec neumyt\u00e1 zelenina a\u00a0in\u00e9 plody nach\u00e1dzaj\u00face sa bl\u00edzko zeme v z\u00e1hrade.<\/p>\n ,,Najzn\u00e1mej\u0161\u00edm parazit\u00e1rnym ochoren\u00edm je toxoplazm\u00f3za, kde k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00fdm faktorom prenosu Toxoplasma gondii je ma\u010dka, ktor\u00e1 vylu\u010duje infikovan\u00e9 vaj\u00ed\u010dka a\u00a0tie sa m\u00f4\u017eu nach\u00e1dza\u0165 okrem in\u00e9ho aj na neumytom ovoc\u00ed a\u00a0zelenine. Obzvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 nebezpe\u010dn\u00e1 b\u00fdva v\u00a0tehotenstve a z\u00e1va\u017enou formou infekcie je aj jej o\u010dn\u00e1 forma. V\u00a0na\u0161ej nemocnici bolo v\u00a0posledn\u00fdch piatich rokoch hospitalizovan\u00fdch 9 pacientov v\u00a012 hospitaliz\u00e1ci\u00e1ch. V\u00a0anamn\u00e9ze 8 z\u00a0nich prevl\u00e1dal kontakt s\u00a0dom\u00e1cimi zvieratami a\u00a06 pacientov malo o\u010dn\u00fa formu toxoplazm\u00f3zy. Ovocie alebo zelenina neboli v\u00a0anamn\u00e9ze pr\u00edtomn\u00e9,\u201c <\/em>hovor\u00ed Mgr. Michal Adami\u0161in, PhD., MPH,<\/strong> verejn\u00fd zdravotn\u00edk a\u00a0hygienik N\u00daDCH a\u00a0\u010falej pokra\u010duje: ,,<\/em>\u010eal\u0161\u00edm z\u00a0tak\u00fdchto ochoren\u00ed je napr\u00edklad echinokok\u00f3za, ktor\u00fa sp\u00f4sobuje parazit Echinococcus multilocularis vyskytuj\u00faci sa preva\u017ene na severnej pologuli. Vaj\u00ed\u010dka sa m\u00f4\u017eu pren\u00e1\u0161a\u0165 vetrom, sekund\u00e1rne rukami a s\u00fa ve\u013emi odoln\u00e9 – pre\u017eij\u00fa zimu, sneh aj mr\u00e1z. Je ale d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 vedie\u0165, \u017ee toto ochorenie sa nepren\u00e1\u0161a z\u00a0\u010dloveka na \u010dloveka. V\u00a0N\u00daDCH sme v\u00a0posledn\u00fdch piatich rokoch zaznamenali v\u00a0s\u00favislosti napr\u00edklad s\u00a0echinokok\u00f3zou tri hospitaliz\u00e1cie. Ke\u010f\u017ee v\u00a0oboch pr\u00edpadoch i\u0161lo u\u017e o\u00a0chronick\u00e9 f\u00e1zy ochoren\u00ed, bolo \u0165a\u017ek\u00e9 vyp\u00e1tra\u0165 p\u00f4vod infekcie.\u201c <\/em><\/p>\n D\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9! <\/strong><\/p>\n Ka\u017ed\u00e9 ovocie a\u00a0zeleninu treba pred konzum\u00e1ciou d\u00f4kladne umy\u0165. Rovnako po ka\u017edom kontakte s\u00a0ak\u00fdmko\u013evek zviera\u0165om a\u00a0pred ak\u00fdmko\u013evek kontaktom s\u00a0jedlom alebo potravinami je potrebn\u00e9 umy\u0165 si ruky vodou a\u00a0mydlom. Na to sa \u010dasto zab\u00fada, ale je ve\u013emi d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9, aby pri manipulovan\u00ed s\u00a0ovoc\u00edm a\u00a0zeleninou bolo n\u00e1\u010dinie – no\u017ee na kr\u00e1janie, l\u00fapanie, tanieriky, lop\u00e1riky pred pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00edm \u010dist\u00e9 a\u00a0umyt\u00e9. Rovnako ka\u017ed\u00e9 dom\u00e1ce zvieratko po n\u00e1v\u0161teve lesa alebo pr\u00edrody treba umy\u0165.<\/p>\n ,,Po\u010das rastu ovocia a\u00a0zeleniny a\u00a0n\u00e1sledne ich minim\u00e1lneho spracovania do \u010derstv\u00fdch produktov sa m\u00f4\u017eu dosta\u0165 patog\u00e9nne mikroorganizmy, ktor\u00e9 m\u00f4\u017eu sp\u00f4sobova\u0165 ochorenie a\u00a0zapr\u00ed\u010dini\u0165 r\u00f4zne infekcie pren\u00e1\u0161an\u00e9 potravinami. Kontamin\u00e1cia m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 prechodne pr\u00edtomn\u00e1 na povrchu alebo prenikn\u00fa\u0165 hlboko dovn\u00fatra cez po\u0161koden\u00e9 miesta na povrchu \u010derstv\u00fdch produktov. \u010cerstvo narezan\u00e9 produkty, r\u00f4zne \u0161al\u00e1ty, ovocie narezan\u00e9 na tanieroch a\u00a0podobne, s\u00fa v\u0161ak vystaven\u00e9 v\u00e4\u010d\u0161iemu riziku kontamin\u00e1cie a degrad\u00e1cie v d\u00f4sledku pou\u017eitia r\u00f4znych krokov pr\u00edpravy, ako je um\u00fdvanie, \u0161\u00fapanie, rezanie a kr\u00e1janie. Okrem toho niektor\u00e9 met\u00f3dy spracovania zameran\u00e9 na zabr\u00e1nenie kontamin\u00e1ci\u00ed a na pred\u013a\u017eenie skladovate\u013enosti tak\u00fdchto produktov m\u00f4\u017eu niekedy p\u00f4sobi\u0165 nepriaznivo a sp\u00f4sobi\u0165 riziko pre \u013eudsk\u00e9 zdravie.
